Bargain Hunting Camp

Can't afford a Western hunt this year? Lost access to your Happy Hunting grounds?  Looking to get away for a few days?  Come up to the mountains of Cameron County and hunt from our established Hunters Spike Camp for deer, bear, turkey, grouse, squirrel.  

We have 1600 acres of privately held, limited access land near Wykoff Run, PA.  This unfenced parcel adjacent to Elk State Forest in  Management Area 2G is home to elk, white-tail deer, black bear, turkey, grouse, coyote, bobcat and squirrel.  

Management of the deer population requires limiting the buck harvest  to those over 120 gross score. Fines for shooting small racks. Adult doe harvest is encouraged.   

Camp is outfitted with 8 foot high outfitter-style western wall tents, complete with wood floor, three cots per tent and wood stove.  Under our pole frame pavilion we have a campfire ring, firewood which you get  to split and camp chairs.  

Camp kitchen equipment is provided in a cook tent with propane stoves and lanterns for your use in preparing meals.

We'll provide a hearty hunters breakfast and dinner with water for cooking, dishes and drinking.  Bring your own adult beverages, lunch, snacks and poker chips.  

Do your own cooking on your schedule, hunt when you want, sleep when you want - it's all up to you. Our camp host will assist with camp and provide basic knowledge of the terrain and hunting conditions.

LADIES - we have female camp hosts who hunt available to make this a girls getaway!  

Camp rate is $100 per day per person with a minimum of 4 persons. Just enough for a poker game. Youth hunters are $50 per day
Maximum group size is 12.  PA Game Commission regulations apply.
