Guided Fishing

Beginner:
This package is for those who want to fly fish but do not know how. Come join us and let our experienced guide teach you the fundamentals of casting a fly. We can provide a fly rod for you to learn with. After teaching the basics, your guide will take you to the water where you will learn how to cast a fly over moving water, interpret the stream to find fish, and hopefully latch on to a few trout in the process.

Intermediate:
There are a few options for those that have experience fly fishing but would like further their knowledge on the water. Let our experienced guide take you into the Pa Wilds to fish for stocked and/or wild trout. Learn how to choose a fly, how to fish with different fly patterns, how to read the water, how to identify aquatic insects. These trips can last 2, 4, or 6 hours, depending on location and how long you would like your adventure to be.

Experienced/Advanced:
This option is for those who are proficient at fly fishing and would like to fish some pristine wilderness Class A trout streams. Our guide will take you to remote locations to fish for wild and native trout. These fish are wild and spooky, but were born and raised in the waters they are in and can offer quite a fight once hooked. These trips usually last 6 hrs to a day depending on location. These locations are “off the beaten path” and are not regularly fished. There will definitely be some hiking involved to reach these remote places. We also offer an experienced fly fisherman overnight trip to one of the most remote places in the Pa Wilds to fish for wild and native trout. This is a backpacking trip that includes hiking, fishing, camping primitive style, viewing the abundant wildlife, fishing through an old growth forest, and features 12 miles of Class A Wild trout waters.
