Nature Quest, Inc. Home Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are subject to a $10.00 per person handling fee up to $40.00, plus any incurring cancellation fees with our providers. In order to receive a refund, less the handling fee and provider fees, a notice of cancellation must be received 15 days prior to the first day of your visit and all vouchers must be returned. If the cancellation is less than 15 days, or if you don't show up for your package, you will forfeit the entire trip cost.

If you have any emergencies or problems that will cause delay, please contact our office at 570-376-5068. We will do our best to contact the various service providers as needed.
